All Return Material Authorizations (RMA) are issued by an RMA/Technical Support representative. No sales representative is authorized to issue an RMA. All requests for return are subject to Technical Support and/or Customer Service evaluations.
- All requests for an RMA number must be accompanied with the customer's original purchase order number or the Rocky Mountain RAM product invoice number.
- RMAs must be marked on the outside of each box when product is returned.
- All RMAs expire in 15 days.
Product must be returned in the same condition as it was received, with no tampering of the product. If RMAs are to be cross-shipped, a new invoice will be sent for the replacement product, and then a credit memo will be issued once the return item is received and approved by Rocky Mountain RAM.
